PREPARATION. How to cook coleslaw burgers in 10 minutes?

01.

Peel the carrots and spring onion. With the TRS or PREP4YOU, grate the carrots using a 4mm grating disc and slice the spring onion and white cabbage thinly using a 2mm slicing disc.

02.

In a container, mix them with mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Add salt and pepper.

03.

In a frying pan, brown the slices of bacon on 2 sides until golden brown.

04.

Open the burger buns in half and toast.

05.

Top the breads with toasted bacon and coleslaw.
