At Sigep 2025, Dito Sama will showcase two demonstration areas where you can see our equipment in action:

  • Planetary mixers: synonymous with efficiency and versatility.
  • PREP4YOU range: available in both the combined cutter mixer and vegetable slicer solution and the standalone versions, ideal for precise cuts and light, creamy emulsions.

We will also unveil two innovations for 2025:

  • LVA100: a solution for washing and drying vegetables, even the most delicate ones. Ensuring perfect hygiene and significant time savings in the kitchen while preserving the integrity of the vegetables.
  • New range of dough kneaders: designed for bakeries, pizzerias, pastry shops, and all establishments with high demands for dough preparation. Additionally, we are thrilled to welcome Florian Villa, Pastry Chef at the Michelin-starred Le Manoir de la Régate, who will craft an exquisite dessert to mark this special occasion.
