Muchos restauradores subcontratan su sistema de reparto a plataformas de reparto de terceros, como Uber Eats, aunque algunos crean su propio servicio en su sitio web. Seg\u00fan un estudio realizado por Statista, el volumen del mercado de reparto de comida en l\u00ednea crecer\u00e1 un 6,36 % anual de media hasta 2024 y representar\u00e1 para entonces m\u00e1s de 182.000 millones de d\u00f3lares en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nichos prometedores<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parece que a varios \u00e1mbitos concretos les ir\u00e1 bien en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, como el desayuno, una franja del d\u00eda con un potencial importante, ya que solo este nicho representa el 15 % de los repartos por hora. Otros nichos interesantes: el reparto de peque\u00f1os platos de alta gama. En Par\u00eds, Deliveroo ya ha colaborado con \u00e9xito con chefs con estrellas Michelin, como H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Darroze y Amandine Chaignot. Uber Eats ofrece platos de Marc Veyrat y Anne-Sophie Pic. Una aut\u00e9ntica peque\u00f1a revoluci\u00f3n en el mundo del lujo. Las comidas preparadas a domicilio parecen tener \u00e9xito siempre: por ejemplo, Hello Fresh permite preparar la comida en unos treinta minutos, gracias al reparto a domicilio de una caja que contiene la cantidad adecuada de ingredientes.
